Assam- Paradise on Earth

A state underneath the sky whose beauty is incredible, encompassed by hills, rivers, and trees. The abundance of fresh air flows in the midst of the land and uncountable souls breath in this air. People of this state are different from others because we never discriminate, judge or criticize anyone in regards to their appearances or the place they hail from. Two beautiful mighty rivers (The River Brahmaputra and The River Barak), streaming across this place whose strength and divinity can’t be measured, where The River Brahmaputra embraces the world’s largest river island (Majuli) to its heart. The beauty of the tea gardens around always creates a sweet and fresh environment which is incomparable with any other. Beautiful traditional silk cloth (pat muga) which is exported to other nation, can only be found in this place. People of this place always welcome every individual irrespective of their caste, creed, look and their religion with one’s heart open. Eminent figures around the nation or the globe are gifted by this state and we need pages to fill up with their names. Along with these, our place is blessed with tremendous flora and fauna and among them, the one-horned rhino always stays in the limelight attracting thousands of tourists to our place. The place where one can walk freely without holding fear. This is the place where one can experience the joy of being in paradise. This is not the complete end, pages will increase if I go on appreciating our land, and the end will be a novel of facts.
