Raindrops

Each droplet of rain,
Compel her to think of him,
To take a trip down his memory lane.
Once again his mesmerizing aroma,
Once again that incense stench,
He, who was all cold and unsympathetic
Filled with unflagging warmth;
which unknowingly sketched
Fine smear deep to the hilt.
That indelible sugary ticker of emotions
That haunts relentlessly
Day to day,
Him who was remembered and endured
Desired and weighty for her,
Amidst raindrops
and that lack of love!
